SEVEN MINISTRY LESSONS 

Instructions and messages that will help you stay focused in ministry.

LESSON 1. 
SERVE GOD FAITHFULLY, YOUR SEASON WILL COME: 
Don't struggle to be noticed or recognized. 
Just keep serving faithfully and fruitfully. 
A day will come when it will be very clear that your results can no longer be ignored and a space will be given to you at the top. Allow God to process you for your next season of ministry.

LESSON 2: 
MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT CALL YOU FATHER TODAY, WON'T SEE YOU AS THEIR FATHER TOMMOROW:
They're people that God will use you to raise from the dust but they'll soon leave your ministry. Some will not even relate with your Ministry any more. Every Father must have the capacity to enjoy new Sons and allow Sons that no longer want to follow, to go.

LESSON 3:
THE DEPARTURE OF ANY SON HAS NOT IN ANY WAY REDUCED THE RESULTS AND PROGRESS OF A FATHER:
If any Son leaves you and you stop progressing, then something is wrong with you.
You should progress beyond the departure of a Son to prove your Leadership Capacity as a Father.
Infact, your Father doesn't need you, you are the one that needs him.

LESSON 4: 
NO MINISTRY HAS A PERMANENT CURE TO THE ISSUE OF REBELLION:
You can only reduce it by teaching them the Fear of God, a Life of Integrity and Loyalty.
But after all the teachings, who wants to go will still go.
Dear Son, at any point in time you feel like going, never you go without the Blessings and the Good-Will of the House. 
You will always need it.

LESSON 5: 
WHEN YOU STOP HONOURING AND PURSUING YOUR SPIRITUAL FATHER OPENLY, THE RELATIONSHIP WILL DIE A NATURAL DEATH:
The success of a Father and Son Relationship is sustained by the dogged Followership of the Son.
No matter how powerful and useful you are as a Son, no Father will run after you.
It is your responsibility to follow after your Father.

LESSON 6: 
IN MINISTRY YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY PRODUCE RESULTS TO REMAIN RELEVANT:
Only God knows how some generals in the faith has been able to maintain RESULTS both in season and out of season.
You have to keep producing results. 
Even God is not pleased with a life without continuous fruit bearing.
May God help everyone of us as we serve Him as steward's, to keep moving upward.

LESSON 7: 
NO MATTER WHO LEAVES YOU, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ONE UNIQUE SON/DAUGHTER THAT NOTHING CAN TAKE AWAY FROM YOU, BECAUSE HE SEES SERVING YOU AS A CALLING AND NOT A FEELING:

Many sons in other Ministries have all left their General Overseer half way. But they're some special sons who will remain in the same place God planted them.
